- You have not elected to attend traffic school within the preceding 12 months
- You have not elected to attend traffic school more than 5 times within your lifetime
- You do not hold a commercial drivers license
- Paying the fine and electing traffic school within 30 days of receiving the ticket
- Completing our 4-Hour Basic Driver Improvement course and submitting the certificate to your courthouse within 90 days from the date of election.
